Field note

Building a one-page RSI playbook after class

Notebooks fill quickly during RSI momentum analysis training. The useful artefact is shorter: one page that states swing definitions, divergence confirmation rules, and what you refuse to claim when momentum is unclear.

Suggested sections

  • Swing language — how you mark highs and lows on your primary timeframe
  • Band notes — when elevated or depressed RSI is informative versus decorative
  • Divergence checklist — the minimum evidence before you write the word
  • No-trade language — sentences that keep you flat when context conflicts

After the intensive

Private coaching often begins by stress-testing that page against fresh charts. If a rule cannot be applied in under a minute, it probably still belongs in the long notebook rather than the playbook.
