Cookies
What cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can accept or reject optional cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your cookie consent choice and keep basic site functions working. If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to learn which RSI momentum training pages are visited most often. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to lessons information, curriculum, or the enquiry form.
Cookies table

Managing cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our consent banner. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may reset your consent banner on the next visit. Disabling analytics cookies simply stops optional measurement; lesson pages remain available.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when pages load. Image hosts such as Unsplash or Pexels may receive standard request logs when media loads. We do not load third-party advertising cookies.
