What influences the final amount
- In-person versus live remote seat (classroom materials differ slightly)
- Pair booking for two colleagues sharing one chart-review slot
- Whether private sessions include pre-marked homework between meetings
- After-hours scheduling outside our usual Tuesday–Thursday evenings
Deposits
Intensives require a AUD 400 deposit to hold a seat. The balance is due seven days before the first session. Clinics are paid in full on confirmation. Private coaching is invoiced per session or pack.
What fees cover
Instructor time, chart packs, homework markup, and classroom or remote room access. Fees do not include brokerage, data subscriptions, or travel to King Street.
