• Correspondence needed to schedule sessions

We do not ask for brokerage account numbers, passwords, or government identity documents through the website form.

Purpose of use

We use information to respond to enquiries, confirm enrolments, deliver training, issue invoices, and improve which curriculum pages visitors find useful when analytics cookies are accepted.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Enrolment records are retained for seven years where required for financial record-keeping.

Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
