Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid RSI Momentum Intensive seats, private chart coaching sessions and packs, and Evening RSI clinic seats offered by Distributed Edge Compute. It does not cover brokerage fees, data subscriptions, or third-party software you may use for charting.

Cooling-off and full refunds

If you cancel an intensive seat in writing more than 14 days before the first session, we refund fees paid minus a AUD 75 administration amount. Clinic seats cancelled more than 7 days before the clinic receive a full refund. Private sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment receive a full refund or free reschedule.

Partial refunds

Intensive cancellations between 14 and 7 days before start receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, or where we cancel the programme.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits where a seat was held and you fail to complete payment by the stated deadline and we cannot reassign the seat
• Sessions already delivered, including completed coaching hours inside a pack
• Printed chart packs already prepared for a named participant after the preparation window has begun (normally 3 days before an intensive)

Our cancellations

If we cancel a workshop or clinic, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date. If an instructor is unavailable for a private session, we reschedule at no charge or refund that session fee.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a completed session for coaching and clinics. Intensive no-shows without notice forfeit that evening’s seat; recordings remain available for the stated review window where offered.

Rescheduling

Private coaching may be rescheduled once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Intensives are not individually rescheduled; missed evenings rely on recordings where provided.

Work already started

Once an intensive has begun, refunds cover only undelivered weeks on a pro-rata basis if you withdraw for documented medical reasons, subject to written notice. Discretionary withdrawals after commencement are otherwise handled under the partial refund rules above.

Process and timing

Email hello@distributededgecompute.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add several days.
