Acceptance

By using distributededgecompute.digital or enrolling in a lesson with Distributed Edge Compute, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.

Services described

Pages describe RSI momentum analysis training, including workshops, private coaching, and clinics. Descriptions are educational service information only. Nothing on this site is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an invitation to open a brokerage account.

Enrolment and accounts

Enrolment is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you receive a written confirmation or invoice. Website form submission alone does not create a binding booking until we confirm availability.

Intellectual property

Course materials, chart packs, curriculum outlines, and site content remain the property of Distributed Edge Compute. You may use materials for personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without written permission.

Participant conduct

Classroom and remote sessions require respectful discussion. We may remove a participant who disrupts sessions or shares other participants’ charts without consent, with refund treatment as set out in our refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a supplied service is limited to re-supply of the service or payment of the cost of re-supply, where such limitation is permitted.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules and fees current. Errors may occur; confirmed invoices prevail over website text if they differ.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
